By using Flind, you agree to be bound by these Terms between the Flind Team (" We ", "our" and "us") and you. You also agree that we may collect, use and share your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy as amended from time to time. In addition, your use of Flind constitutes your agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not use Flind.
This Privacy Policy constitutes and forms part of the Flind Terms of Service that you agree to in order to use Flind. Unless otherwise required in this Privacy Policy or context, any terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as defined in the Flind Terms of Service. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, these terms of Service in Flind shall also apply to this Privacy Policy.
Any information collected is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time of collection. However, we may revise and amend our Privacy Policy from time to time. 2. Information you provide and information we collect
2.1 In order to provide Flind's services, we will access, collect, store and use the following information about you:
· Information you provide to us when you open your Flind account, including your account name, gender, date of birth, age, social media account information (profile photo, gender, etc.), any hashtags you post about yourself;
Any information contained in the Flind profile that is visible to other users of Flind, or any information that you provide to us by using Flind, which may include your photo, educational background, city or region, and other information;
· Information about your and others' use and interaction with the Services and our applications, including usage by geographic location, device and connection information, IP address, device functionality, bandwidth, page view statistics, and network type;
· The information we collect when you use Flind may include:
✓ Technical information, such as information about your mobile carrier, configuration information provided by other programs you use to access Flind, your IP address, your location/country/region/time zone, the model and identification number of your device, user Settings and operating system; and
✓ The likes and dislikes you make with Flind.
2.2 Special Note on sensitive personal information
In order to provide certain features, such as online video calls, we need access to your microphone, camera, or location with your consent, as follows:
1) Microphone: We access the microphone on your device (with your consent) to record audio messages and transmit sound during a video call.
2) Camera: We access the camera on your device (with your consent) to take a picture of your profile and transmit the image in real time during the video call.
3) Location: We display your current location on your profile page (with your consent) in order to provide you with a personalized and optimized experience.
By using Flind, you agree that all processing of sensitive personal information will be carried out for the purposes and in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.
Please note that we do not use your sensitive personal information for direct marketing purposes unless we have your consent.
2.3 Special notes on information for children
Flind's service is not available to people under the age of 18. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect personal information from any data subject under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information about data subjects under the age of 18, we will take steps to remove such information from our files as soon as possible.
3. How do we use the information we collect
3.1 Usage
We may use your information for any of the following purposes:
To provide you with services (including services that we currently provide through Flind and services that we will provide through Flind in the future);
· Personalize and improve our services and your experience when using our Services;
Responding to queries to provide Flind's services, including for customer service, security, archiving and backup purposes;
· Monitor and analyze usage and trends of our services;
· Personalize the service, such as by referring friends or personal information, or customize the content we show you, including advertising;

Verify your identity and prevent fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity;
Use the information we collect from cookies and other technologies to enhance the Services and your experience; and
· Enforce our Terms of Service and other usage policies.
Flind allows you to share text messages, photos, screenshots, videos, and other communications with other users within the Flind App, and if you choose to do so, your text messages, photos, screenshots, videos, and other communications will not be stored on our servers. It is your decision to send and share text messages, photos, screenshots, videos, or other communications within the Flind app. By choosing to share this information, you should understand that you may no longer be able to control how the information is used and that the information may become publicly available (depending in part on your actions or the actions of others with whom you share the information). Flind is not responsible for the use or misuse of any information you share.
3.2 Transfer and storage
We operate and maintain servers in many jurisdictions around the world, so the servers used to store your personal information may not be in your jurisdiction.
You consent to the transfer of your personal information (within or outside your jurisdiction) for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
3.3 Sharing
Your information is shared with others in the following ways:
Shared on Flind
1) The public information in your profile can be viewed by anyone. Please do not post or add personal data to your profile that you do not wish to make public.
2) Your activity status or usage information will be collected and displayed to other users (for example, whether you are currently active on Flind).
Sharing with third party partners
By using Flind, you consent to the use, sharing and transfer of your personal information (within or outside your jurisdiction) by third parties, as set out in this Privacy Policy.
1) Measuring partners.
We may share information about you with third parties in an anonymous and/or aggregated form for usage analysis (to help us better understand who is using our Services and how), industry analysis, research, and similar purposes.
2) Partners of Flind to provide services
Our service providers may access and use information that we partner with to provide Flind services. These service providers may only access your information to the extent necessary for us to perform the services on their behalf and are obliged not to disclose this information or use it for any other purpose. These providers collect information sent by your phone, tablet or desktop computer, and their use of that information is governed by their applicable privacy policies.
3) Law enforcement agencies
We may share information about you if we are (or we believe we are) required by law or legal process (such as a subpoena, writ, or court order), if we must respond to a lawful request from a legal authority to disclose such information, or if we need to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, or other policies.
4) New owners

4.2 Deleting Your Information
You can request deletion of your account at any time in your Flind Settings. Alternatively, you may delete your account and information by contacting us directly using the contact details provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. Once your account is closed or deleted, you no longer have access to your message history, preferences, or any other information related to your use of our services. Even if you remove information from your account or profile, a copy of that information may still be viewable elsewhere, provided it was shared with another user, distributed according to your privacy Settings, or has been copied or stored by another user. In addition, even after you close your account, we will retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including requests from law enforcement), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms of Service. We will retain personalized information after logout.
Because Flind will be used in multiple jurisdictions, it may not be possible to determine all inconsistencies between certain provisions of this Privacy Policy and the applicable laws in your jurisdiction, and you agree to notify us of such inconsistencies as soon as you become aware of them. In such cases, we will take the necessary steps to eliminate such inconsistencies, including deleting personal data improperly collected or used by us.
4.3 Managing Device Permissions
You can change device system Settings to manage permissions for device-specific data access and notifications. By doing so, you can block Flind from accessing your device data and display notifications. However, keep in mind that this may cause some services to lose functionality.
